The “prefectural tree” of Shimane Prefecture, where our school is located, is the “black pine”. The young shoots extend from the center to three sides to form the character for “human” in “Hitozukuri”.

The word “National Institute of Technology” in round gothic letters is intended to create a soothing atmosphere and express the simple yet noble school culture.
