Matsue National College of Technology (hereinafter referred to as “the College”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information. (hereinafter referred to as “the College”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and has established this policy to ensure the appropriate management and protection of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “personal information”) collected from the College’s website, Internet mail, etc.

Employees, et al shall not inform others of their passwords.
Employees, et al shall manage their passwords so that they cannot be used by others.
Employees, et al shall take precautions to prevent the entry and spread of computer viruses.
We will constantly strive to improve our knowledge of personal information protection and information security, and will review and update the content of this policy as necessary.
