Interviewing with an employment counselor

 Please allow at least one week for an interview with the employment office. In addition, we do not provide interviews with employment officers except for job openings. Depending on the content of the application, we may decline to meet with you. Thank you for your understanding.

Response to the COVID-19

 In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we would like to ask companies outside of the prefecture to conduct interviews online as much as possible. Please note that if the number of requests exceeds the number of cases we can handle, we may have to decline your request for an interview.

　Support for online format interviews

  1. Only interviews using Microsoft teams will be supported.
  2. The interview time is 20 minutes.
  3. The host must be the company.
  4. Please set up access to the site 15 minutes before the interview starts.

 When conducting face-to-face interviews, we ask that you take thorough measures to prevent infection, such as taking your temperature, wearing a mask, and disinfecting your hands and fingers, and that you limit the interview time to about 10 minutes.
